Which classic should Lexico translate next? Below are the public-domain books the free libraries on our guide to ebooks hold in each language, one entry per work. Add the ones you would like to read with a sentence-by-sentence translation: the most wished-for titles are the ones we index first and put on the free shelf.

Adding a book opens the Lexico web app; sign in (it's free) and the book lands on your list, shared with the iPhone and iPad app. Each title also links to the libraries that have it, where you can download the book and convert it yourself without waiting.
